Ten minutes early on your first visit. Water, a quiet room, and a short intake form.
Consult
We look at your skin under a lamp and talk through what you've tried and what's bothering you.
Treatment
Your full booked time on the table. We narrate as we go so nothing is a surprise.
Aftercare
Samples to try before you buy, plus a written plan for the next two weeks.

Questions before you book
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and 48 hours if you've booked two or more treatments. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged the cost of the scheduled service, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full.
Ten minutes before your first appointment is plenty — that covers intake paperwork. Your treatment time starts at your appointment time, not after paperwork.
No children or visitors in the treatment or relaxation areas unless they're being serviced. It's a small studio and the policy is strictly enforced so every client gets a quiet room.
Whatever you're comfortable in. For facials you'll lie draped with your hair wrapped; for body treatments and massage we'll leave the room while you get settled under the sheet.
Yes for brow lamination, lash services, dermaplaning, and peels — stop retinol, Retin-A, and chemical exfoliants seven days before. If you're unsure, call and we'll check against your service.
It's never required and never added automatically. If you'd like to leave one, cash or card both work at checkout.
Yes — gift cards and wellness vouchers start at $50 and can be bought in the studio or online. They don't expire and can go toward any service or retail product.
